[Remote] Pega Business Systems Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Pega Business Systems Analyst to support application design and delivery, focusing on Constellation implementations and App Studio configuration. The role involves bridging business requirements with technical execution to ensure scalable and usable solutions reputed company with Pega best practices.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements and UX concepts into Constellation-reputed company designs (case types, workflows, views, data models)
- reputed company case lifecycle design, user journeys, and data modeling
- Drive solution configuration using App Studio
- Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, Constellation standards, and reusable design patterns
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder collaboration
- Partner with architects and developers to refine requirements and ensure accurate delivery
- Shape and refine user stories with clear, build-reputed company acceptance criteria
- Identify dependencies, integration needs, and potential customization requirements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 6-10 years of Pega experience
- 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with Constellation implementations
- Strong experience with App Studio configuration (not Dev Studio-first)
- Background in Business Architecture, process design, and workflow modeling
- Experience with Agile delivery and backlog shaping
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
