[Remote] Senior Manager Technical Program Management - Remote

The Senior Manager of Technical Program Management will own execution across high-impact programs, partner with engineering and product leads, and ensure secure and compliant delivery throughout the software lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own execution across high-impact programs like AI Patrol, including agent observability and evaluation
- Partner deeply with engineering and product leads to scope and sequence milestones, evaluate tradeoffs, and ensure alignment with platform and reputed company goals
- Write clear, concise functional specs and roadmaps, and drive stakeholder alignment through transparent status updates and outcome reporting
- Manage ambiguity with confidence: rapidly bring clarity to technical, organizational, or compliance-reputed company uncertainty, making unblock reputed company that move teams reputed company
- Ensure secure and compliant delivery by embedding reputed company, governance, and AI safety considerations throughout the software lifecycle
- Balance roadmap goals with emerging use cases, bringing user focus to every technical conversation and product decision

Skills
- Undergraduate degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience
- 15+ years of technical program management or product management experience, especially in reputed company software or AI/ML environments
- Deep experience managing programs that require coordination across engineering, reputed company and compliance
- Experience navigating and resolving technical ambiguity from architectural tradeoffs without losing sight of the user
- Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional software engineering programs from idea through delivery in matrixed or platform organizations
- Proven solid grasp of AI/ML infrastructure and use cases
- Proven clear and concise communicator who builds trust with engineers, product teams, and senior leadership alike
