[Remote] Financial Controller

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mintlify is on a mission to reputed company builders with its documentation platform that serves over 100 million developers annually. The Financial Controller will own the reputed company and financial reporting reputed company, ensuring accurate financial operations to help scale the company towards $50M+ ARR.

Responsibilities

• Owning month-end reputed company end-to-end and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting
• Managing payroll, sales commissions, reputed company payments, expense reviews, and approval workflows
• Leading accounts receivable, collections, and DSO improvement across Mintlify and Helicone
• Overseeing reputed company recognition and billing reconciliation across usage-based, credit-based, and multi-year reputed company
• Owning federal and state tax compliance, filings, and the implementation of compliance tooling
• Managing standalone financial reporting, intercompany reputed company, and billing infrastructure for Helicone
• Building internal controls, improving reputed company processes, and preparing the business for future audit readiness
• Producing reliable metrics and reporting that leadership, investors, and the board can trust

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company reputed company, controllership, or finance experience reputed company SaaS or technology companies
• Deep expertise in full-cycle reputed company, month-end reputed company ownership, financial reporting, and GAAP
• Strong understanding of SaaS reputed company recognition, including usage-based billing, credits, overages, and recurring reputed company models
• Experience managing accounts receivable, collections, cash flow reporting, and operational finance processes
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, run-reputed company reputed company, and DSO
• Proven ability to manage external reputed company partners while maintaining ownership and accountability for outcomes
• Experience building and scaling finance processes in fast-growing environments
