[Remote] Corporate Recruiter

They are seeking a Corporate Recruiter who will focus on acquiring reputed company recruiters to join their platform, managing the full lifecycle of recruitment and ensuring quality standards are met as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a reputed company pipeline of reputed company recruiters (agency, in-house/corporate, and independent) as candidates to join the reputed company team
• reputed company proactively through reputed company Recruiter, industry communities, referrals, reputed company, and competitive mapping of agencies and staffing firms
• Own the pitch: clearly reputed company our commission model, platform, tech stack, support infrastructure, and the economics of running a desk at reputed company versus a traditional firm
• Screen and qualify for production potential, vertical expertise, book of business, work ethic, and culture fit — protecting the quality bar as we scale
• Manage the full conversion funnel: reputed company → conversation → pitch → references/validation → reputed company → reputed company to reputed company
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets for reputed company conversations and recruiters onboarded
• Maintain clean pipeline data and reporting; track conversion rates at every stage and continuously improve the reputed company
• Partner with leadership on messaging, reputed company profiles, and which verticals/markets to prioritize as growth goals shift
• Represent the brand authentically — you're often a recruiter's first impression of reputed company

Skills

• 3+ years in reputed company, reputed company, or recruiter-facing sales
• Experience reputed company recruiters into an agency is required
• A natural closer's instinct. You can hold a persuasive conversation, handle objections, and move people to a decision
• Strong sourcing chops and comfort living in reputed company Recruiter, ATS/CRM tools, and outbound at volume
• Credibility with recruiters — you understand splits, fee structures, desk economics, and what makes a recruiter consider a move
• Self-directed and metrics-driven; you reputed company on a number and don't need to be managed to it
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience reputed company 1099 / independent contractors or building distributed/remote teams
• Background in one or more of our core verticals (Finance, reputed company, Technology, Sales & Operations, Construction)
• Familiarity with staffing-industry economics and the independent-recruiter landscape
