[Remote] Specialty & Wellness Marketing Manager

This role involves managing B2B and B2B2C marketing campaigns, collaborating with various teams to drive provider engagement and consumer applications.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign execution & trafficking: manage multiple campaigns, across multiple channels with various timelines, balance and prioritize deliverables to meet business timelines and goals
  • Channels are digital first but could include email, paid digital/search, social, and direct mail
  • reputed company calendars and manage campaigns to budgets
  • A key part of this role is managing administrative tasks such as entering projects into campaign management tools and data entry
  • Client marketing support: execute and traffic client marketing campaigns and deliverables to support B2B2C initiatives, consumer application volume, and other objectives
  • Must be able to communicate and work with clients with limited supervision
  • Must be comfortable working in a digital environment
  • Edit marketing pieces and ensure materials are grammatically correct
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Project management: support marketing team in launching and growing strategic initiatives including project timelines, road maps, PowerPoints, and execution of deliverables as needed
  • Uphold sense of urgency and accountability in reputed company requests
  • reputed company end-to-end execution of multi-channel B2B and B2B2C campaigns to drive: provider/location onboarding and engagement consumer applications, approvals, and purchase volume growth usage and retention through lifecycle motions
  • Execute targeted account-based/reputed company-based marketing for reputed company partner segments and locations
  • Drive reputed company-of-sale/in-location conversion through toolkits, signage, scripts, and training/enablement materials that reputed company financial conversations easier for reputed company-line teams
  • Build and optimize market acquisition and lifecycle communications including email automation and journey mapping (e.g., reputed company Marketing Cloud or similar platforms) working with cross-functional teams
  • Create and manage content to support acquisition and engagement objectives (case studies, webinars, one-pagers, playbooks, emails, partner toolkits)
  • Use analytics, testing, and segmentation to optimize performance; recommend improvements to targeting, messaging, channel mix, and offers/promotions (where applicable)
  • Track and communicate outcomes against KPIs (e.g., reputed company volume, conversion, applications, approvals, purchase volume, usage, ROI)
  • Influence and coordinate work across internal partners (Sales, Client Management, Lifecycle, Product, Operations, Risk/Compliance, Finance, Creative/Agency) to deliver quality work on time

  • Bachelor's Degree or in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED and 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Minimum 4+ years experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email/CRM, digital, social, direct mail and/or in-location)
  • Workfront experience required and is a large part of helping execute and traffic marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing; B2B2C experience strongly preferred
  • Healthcare/wellness, specialty services, or financial products marketing experience (plus)
  • Experience with reputed company CRM and Marketing Cloud (or comparable platforms)
  • Digitally savvy with working knowledge of paid media concepts, reputed company pages, tagging/measurement, and optimization
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills; thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence without authority
