This entry-level position involves gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing business data, and preparing reports to support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
- Support senior business analysts in requirement analysis and solution design
- Work on academic, internship, or internal projects involving reputed company business data
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood
- Learn and apply industry best practices in business analysis
- Participate in meetings, discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of data analysis and business metrics
- Knowledge of MS reputed company (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or databases (good to have)
- Understanding of business processes and workflows
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt
- Academic projects or internships in Business Analysis / Data Analysis
- Exposure to tools like reputed company, Power BI, Tableau, or reputed company Data Studio
- Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
- Online certifications or courses in Business Analysis or Data Analytics
