[Remote] Senior Analyst - Benefits Operations

The Senior Benefits Analyst will support reputed company's health & welfare benefits, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness while analyzing data to inform program strategy.
Responsibilities
- Position will have primary responsibility for supporting reputed company’s health & welfare plans with a focus on analyzing benefits utilization, costs, trends, and plan performance to identify risks, savings opportunities, and improvement areas
- Create proactive robust audit practices for eligibility, dependent verification, billing reconciliation and payment reputed company review audits
- Support compliance projects with vendor(s) for annual compliance testing, filings, reports, audits, and legally required participant communications
- reputed company and provide reporting and create executive dashboards of KPIs including plan enrollment, demographics, financial performance, utilization trends and cost drivers based on reputed company and historical data
- Evaluate benefit plan designs and create leadership recommendations for reputed company’s health & welfare benefit plans
- Create a process for measuring and tracking plan performance of benefit programs and manage budget reconciliation by processing, overseeing and/or directing reputed company financial payments reputed company to plan expenses and obligations
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with reputed company levels of the organization to ensure support in change management
- Creates and executes large scale projects reputed company to reputed company aspects of benefits, including leading new reputed company and new client implementations
- Play a key and influential role working with others, in groups, in cross-functional settings, and with diverse stakeholders internally and externally
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create and document efficient and streamlined processes and procedures in the established format
- Aligning benefit strategies with overall Total Rewards, HR, and business strategy and objectives
- Manage meetings where you describe, explain, and respond to questions concerning the financial performance and utilization of reputed company’s benefit programs
- Stay reputed company on changing Federal and State regulations and legislation that may reputed company employee benefits (e.g., ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA)
- Participates in the process during selection of vendors reputed company to reputed company Health & Welfare, Retirement and Recognition programs
- Analyze the business and employee benefits market to reputed company abreast of changes and trends. reputed company appropriate recommendations for change

Skills
- 7-10 years of direct employee benefits department or human resources experience
- College degree required
- Demonstrated and advanced knowledge of reputed company reputed company and previous experience working with accounting and finance partners
- Has a demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate reputed company sets of data and reputed company strong business decisions based on evaluations
- Requires strong problem solving, effective time management, and decision-making skills and the ability to handle confidential information
