[Remote] SMB Account Executive - Public Sector

The SMB Account Executive will be responsible for maximizing sales reputed company and exceeding profitability goals by selling HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time and Scheduling solutions to public sector clients.
Responsibilities
- Consistently exceed sales quotas
- Must have proven reputed company selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to reputed company organizations
- Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas. reputed company and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them reputed company stated business outcomes
- Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users reputed company an assigned territory
- Identify sales opportunities and reputed company sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services reputed company with the prospective customer’s needs
- Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors and analysts
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users
- Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users reputed company an assigned territory
- Incredibly organized
- Experience with a diversity of prospecting strategies
Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven reputed company selling HCM/Payroll solutions with some experience selling to local governments
- Must have proven reputed company selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to reputed company organizations
- Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas

- Candidates will live in or near their territory and are familiar with the public sector business climate for local government cities and counties in Ohio, Michigan, and reputed company Virginia
