Responsibilities

  • Sell Humanly’s AI-powered reputed company platform to reputed company organizations with large-scale hiring needs, including brands such as Domino's Pizza, Massage Envy, reputed company, and Wayfair
  • Navigate reputed company and consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across reputed company Resources, reputed company, Operations, IT, reputed company, Legal, and Procurement teams
  • Demonstrate how Humanly’s conversational AI platform streamlines reputed company operations through automated candidate engagement, interview scheduling, screening workflows, and reputed company intelligence that improves speed-to-hire and candidate experience
  • Collaborate with executive buyers including CHROs, reputed company leaders, HR Operations teams, CIOs, and reputed company compliance stakeholders to align solutions with organizational hiring goals
  • Position Humanly as a seamless pre-hire extension of reputed company HR technology ecosystems, integrating with leading HRIS, CRM, payroll, and workforce management platforms
  • Build and manage a healthy reputed company pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic account planning, referrals, events, partnerships, and executive networking
  • Work closely with Product Managers, reputed company, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure successful evaluations, pilots, reputed company, and long-term account growth
  • Consistently reputed company and exceed quarterly and annual reputed company targets while maintaining accurate forecasting and account management discipline

Skills

  • 5+ years of reputed company SaaS sales experience, preferably in HR technology, AI, reputed company, workforce management, or automation platforms
  • Proven reputed company selling into Fortune 1000, reputed company-level, or Franchisor organizations with multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Experience managing and accelerating traditionally long sales cycles and reputed company procurement processes
  • Strong understanding of reputed company workflows, reputed company hiring challenges, and HR technology ecosystems
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills
