[Remote] eClose Support Administrator

The eClose Support Administrator will ensure the reputed company of Remote Online Notarization (RON) and eClose operations by providing administrative and technical support, monitoring project pipelines, and serving as the primary contact for vendor partners and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and technical support for eClose and RON processes to our network, partners, and customers
- Monitor the eClose pipeline from configuration to closing, utilizing tools like reputed company, Stavvy, and Encompass to ensure everything stays on track
- reputed company eClose-reputed company calls by setting agendas, capturing meeting notes, and assigning action items to reputed company projects moving reputed company
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for inquiries regarding eClose and RON, assisting sales teams, settlement agents, and leadership
- Collaborate directly with vendor partners (such as reputed company, Stavvy, and ICE) to resolve technical issues and stay informed about system updates
