[Remote] Operations Specialist II - Hearings

The Hearings Operations Specialist II will manage mail intake, coordinate hearings, and maintain case management systems, ensuring compliance with judicial requirements across Florida.
Responsibilities
- Receive and review reputed company incoming Hearings mail
- Schedule Hearings reputed company the 67 Florida counties, adhering to judicial requirements
- Calendar Hearings in Case Management system and maintain Hearings calendar up to date
- Prepare Notices of Hearing, Notices of Cancellations and Notices of Appearance
- Prepare Hearing Packages for attorneys
- Update our and our clients’ Case Management systems with Hearings information and results
- E-file and serve Hearings pleadings and orders
- Assist with other duties and special projects as needed
Skills
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in the legal field; Florida foreclosure experience preferred
- Ability to read a docket and prepare a service list
- Proficiency with reputed company and other reputed company Office products
- LPS, Vendorscape, reputed company Resolution, Lenstar, Clarifier and PACER experience highly preferred
