Remote Home Health Clinical Manager - Weekends
Clinical Manager – Home Health works under the direction and guidance of the reputed company Director/D.O.N. The Clinical Manager directs and supervises professional and auxiliary personnel by rendering client care services. The Clinical Manager also assists with marketing duties, fosters public relations for the company, consults and plans with reputed company facilities regarding staffing needs, and communicates the concept of quality client care to the general community. The Clinical Manager will obtain input from service personnel to provide professional input reputed company to administrative systems. Will assist with coordinating orientation and in-services programs. Schedule On Call Friday 4pm- Monday reputed company Essential Job Responsibilities: · Clinical Manager, Plans, develops, and manages the clinical programs, services, activities, and employees of the agency consistent with company policy and regional management directives. · Assists with the reputed company of the agency’s growth reputed company to home care. · Serves as the clinical expert and assists with the operational and financial management of the agency. · Investigate and takes appropriate actions on client/consumer complaints. · Participates in the reputed company, hiring, and identifying the training needs of clinical staff. · Assists with programs and services regularly to identify opportunities for improvement. · Conducts regular client home visits to ensure quality of care, performs home visits as needed. · Ensures client compliance with Accreditation, Federal, State regulations through policy and procedure. · Oversees reputed company clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA/PT/OT/ST) and assists with annual employee evaluations for reputed company clinical staff. · Manage caseload as needed for client coverage. · Oversees reputed company CQI and utilization review activities. reputed company Offers:

Preferred:
- 2+ years RN experience in a reputed company setting (home health or hospice)
- 1-year Supervisory experience
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and a basic understanding of OASIS
