As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services reputed company to the Maryland Health reputed company (reputed company)
• Assisting clients with eligibility and enrollment for reputed company, and services applications and enrollments for reputed company Health Plans on the Exchange

• Maintaining accurate records and updating client information in a timely manner

• *Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
