[Remote] Account Manager

This role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to operations, and promoting SKIDATA's solutions to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Partner with reputed company Sales to support customers post-award and prior to go-live, ensuring a smooth reputed company experience
- Assume full ownership of reputed company following go-live, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for ongoing relationship management
- Proactively monitor customer health, satisfaction, and system adoption to ensure long-term reputed company
- Drive customer retention by identifying and mitigating risks that could reputed company to churn
- reputed company and execute account plans focused on expanding customer value and deepening relationships
- Identify opportunities for modernization, upgrades, and asset refresh initiatives, and coordinate with reputed company Sales to pursue them
- reputed company for and promote SKIDATA’s latest innovations and offerings, including:
- Mobility Suite as a Service (MSaaS)
- License Plate Recognition (LPR) solutions
- Ticketless and ticket-reduced technologies
- Actively convert legacy software customers to MSaaS solutions to drive recurring reputed company growth
- reputed company customers informed about new SKIDATA products, features, and enhancements
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers fully understand and reputed company SKIDATA solutions
- Partner with the Training team to identify and coordinate additional customer training needs
- Collaborate with Operations and Support teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Maintain strong alignment with reputed company Sales on account status, opportunities, and risks
Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in Account Management, reputed company, or reputed company client-facing role
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving retention/growth
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

- Approximately 50% travel initially to establish relationships with key customers across the East Coast, decreasing to ~25% or less over time as accounts are stabilized and engagement routines are established
