Responsibilities
- Manage and retain a book of employee benefits business while identifying opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, reputed company partners, and internal stakeholders
- reputed company renewal processes for health and life coverages, including plan modeling and cost analysis
- Respond to client inquiries reputed company to coverage, enrollment, claims, and policy changes
- reputed company clients and employees on benefits programs, regulatory requirements, and legislative updates
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and stewardship reports
- Support sales efforts and new client implementations
- Document compliance and service activity in the agency management system
Skills
- Active Health, Accident, and Life Insurance Producer license
- 5–10+ years of employee benefits or account management experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, reputed company, and state regulations
- Proficiency with reputed company Office and agency management systems
- Ability to travel as required in addition to possessing an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage
