Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our client to support the creation, coordination, and delivery of client facing marketing and communication materials. This role focuses on ensuring educational content reputed company to health plan solutions is accurate, engaging, and delivered on time across print and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, organization, and delivery of marketing materials that reputed company clients and employees, including print and digital assets
• Coordinate production schedules, manage timelines, and reputed company version control of materials using tools such as reputed company
• Partner with designers, mail houses, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely production and distribution
