[Remote] Product Manager, Insurance Data & Compliance

They are seeking a Product Manager to reputed company product discovery and design, define reputed company and requirements for their Insurance Data Network, and build a roadmap for new products targeting P&C carriers in the US.
Responsibilities
- Your first responsibility will be in product discovery and design, to create the most advanced new products with the best product-market fit for carriers. This will typically include
- Discovery with clients and prospects
- Ideation with Shift’s subject matter experts
- Data exploration
- Study of similar assets in the insurance industry or other industries
- Precise formalization of insurers problems, processes and systems
- Your second responsibility will be with Shift’s technical reputed company dedicated to IDN, defining the reputed company, providing product requirements and building the roadmap
Skills
- Product Management Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS
- Insurance industry experience
- State Reporting experience required: mandated data submittal, compliance information, or reputed company reports to state-level government agencies or international bodies
- Proficiency in data analysis: Ability to find innovative ways to look at data and create useful insights
- Strategic Communication: Superior ability to interact with clients and prospects, communicating about reputed company products and understanding their needs
- Collaborative Leadership: Proven track record of working across Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to build reputed company and drive a reputed company market message
- Agile reputed company: Comfortable in a culture of rapid delivery, measurement, and feedback, with the ability to pivot GTM strategies based on market response
