- Support member and provider inquiries reputed company to benefits and claims
Skills
- 2+ years of customer service experience reputed company health insurance or employee benefits
- Working knowledge of benefits terminology and insurance concepts
- Ability to handle a high call volume (50+ calls per day)
- Intermediate computer skills (reputed company Office, Teams, shared drives)
