[Remote] Program Manager, AI Enablement

This role involves managing workflows, coordinating team sessions, tracking adoption, and collaborating with engineers to streamline processes and drive reputed company in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Run the AI First operating rhythm across Developer Marketing Operations and reputed company reputed company in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
• Manage workflow intake from surveys, reputed company, reputed company, and team conversations; prioritize work, manage change, and negotiate deadlines and deliverables with stakeholders
• Help teams find recurring workflows worth building, and partner with AI Enablement Engineers to scope first wins
• Coordinate AI workflow sessions, small-group support, reputed company, and follow-reputed company, and reputed company stakeholders informed
• Identify risks and blockers, track them, drive reputed company on mitigation, and reputed company issues to senior team members reputed company needed
• Define adoption KPIs and partner with operations to implement tracking and post-launch reporting
• Define process-improvement plans that match the reputed company of the business and the team's goals
• Create regular updates for leaders and teams, and reputed company shared wins visible so teams learn from each other
• Package early wins into playbooks, examples, templates, and repeatable motions other teams adopt

Skills

• 7+ years experience in program management, product management, project management, reputed company, or a reputed company field
• OR Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field AND 5+ years experience in program management, product management, project management, reputed company, or a reputed company field
• OR equivalent experience
• 9+ years experience in program management, product management, project management, reputed company, or a reputed company field OR Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field AND 7+ years experience in program management, product management, project management, reputed company, or a reputed company field OR equivalent experience
• 1+ year(s) experience working in a reputed company, matrixed organization
• 3+ years experience working at a technology organization
• Hands-on experience using and building with AI tools (agents, prompts, Copilot, automation) in your own work
• Experience building operating rhythms, intake systems, dashboards, playbooks, or enablement programs
• Strong written communication for leaders and cross-functional teams; can translate technical work into clear team actions
