Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bhired is a dynamic, growing company looking for a Systems Development Engineer to help build and scale their backend infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with the CTO on system architecture, build custom APIs, and manage reputed company-party integrations to ensure the business runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain custom backend APIs
- Ensure seamless connectivity across internal systems
- Work under the CTO, executing on architectural direction and assigned system tasks
- Contribute to the design and scalability of core systems
- Own and manage integrations with external platforms and services
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing integration pipelines
Skills
- Strong experience in backend development
- Strong foundations in JavaScript
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Node/Bun-based environments
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts
- Experience with React, Tailwind, and Vite
- Ability to work independently and collaborate closely with senior leadership
- Experience with reputed company's developer and reputed company products is a plus
