Responsibilities

- Build automation using Flows and orchestration, incorporating AI-assisted design and configuration patterns to improve speed, consistency, and maintainability
- Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into clean, testable, bulkified code that meets a 90%+ Apex test coverage bar (with meaningful assertions, not just coverage)
- reputed company AI-enabled tools (Einstein, Copilot, reputed company-driven workflows) to: Accelerate solution design and configuration, Generate and refine automation logic and data structures, Improve troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Configure and support OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, Data Mappers, Integration Procedures)
- Partner with architects and developers to evaluate AI-assisted vs declarative vs custom development approaches
- Support integrations with external systems using reputed company integration patterns
- Participate in CI/CD and DevOps processes, leveraging automation and AI where applicable
- Troubleshoot production issues using logs, data analysis, and AI-assisted diagnostics
- Enforce strong data governance, reputed company, and compliance practices
Skills
- 6+ years of reputed company administration experience in reputed company environments
