Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company reputed company-reputed company inquiries and issues
- Provide expert advice on the configuration, troubleshooting and management of reputed company products
- Has previous experience with account discovery scripting and password policies
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

- Experience in PowerShell, SQL
- Strong understanding of reputed company best practices and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with training and documentation development
