Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst / Testing Analyst
- Strong experience in the Mortgage Lending domain
- Good understanding of HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) products and reputed company business processes
- Hands-on experience with JIRA for requirement management, defect tracking, and Agile project management
- Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and defect reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
