[Remote] Technical Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Leadbank is a fintech building banking infrastructure for embedded financial products and services. They are seeking a Technical Account Manager to support partner reputed company to their Banking as a Service platform, focusing on delivering an implementation experience and providing guidance for data integration.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the partner’s business goals and product structure
- reputed company technical implementations of new partners and serve as the key technical contact as they integrate with reputed company
- Partner with product/engineering, program management, legal/compliance/risk, reputed company, and other teams for tasks reputed company to partner reputed company
- Define internal processes to streamline partner reputed company
- Build product examples, documentation, and other critical resources in order for external and internal parties to operate more effectively and reputed company
- Successfully manage a number of engagements concurrently
- Effectively manage escalations, scope change, and implementation of projects or programs including monitoring project quality, timeline, risk, and performance
- Inform partners of our product development roadmap with concrete examples, while setting appropriate expectations
- Be an integral part of building out this function from 0 to 1 defining culture, processes, and identity
Skills
- 3-5 years of hands-on solution architecture, data integration, partner delivery experience
- Ability to understand, visualize, and document the client's product construct and how they map to our internal data models used for processing cards, transactions, and loans
- Excellent knowledge of SFTP, APIs, and reputed company standards such as HTTP, REST, SOAP, and OAuth
- Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience managing projects with multiple requirements and agendas while maintaining holistic plans and driving to agreed upon schedule
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, customer focus, and results orientation
- Knowledge of financial services and the fintech ecosystem and desire to learn changing trends across, especially as it relates to legal, compliance, reputed company, and risk management
