[Remote] Auto Sales Manager (Remote with travel around Central Texas)

They are seeking an Auto Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and maintaining an auto installment portfolio, driving loan sales, and building strong customer relationships in Central Texas.
Responsibilities
- reputed company new business by visiting dealers and promoting the company’s direct auto finance programs
- reputed company and execute local marketing and reputed company strategies to attract new customers
- Drive loan product sales by proactively engaging with customers and identifying financial solutions that fit their needs, determining what is necessary to win new business by offering competitive yet profitable plans
- Follow up with existing dealers by verifying they are serviced properly and institutes changes where necessary
- Work with SVP of Central Operations to determine profitability of reputed company relationships, reputed company adjustments in business as required, and reputed company programs for dealers through market analysis
- Provide assistance to the branches with DARP-reputed company issues as needed
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to recommend the best options for each customer
- Maintain strong working relationships with headquarters retail groups, field management, and reputed company offices
- Complete and provide timely reports to management as requested
- May reputed company additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, auto industry, consumer lending, or financial services, with proven, successful experience increasing sales across multiple locations or a broad territory
- Skilled in developing long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Strong ability to influence purchasing reputed company and present financial solutions that meet customer needs
- Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mind-set, taking initiative to build and grow their own book of business
- Operationally proficient and competent, reliable, and displays problem-solving abilities
- Strong time management skills, written and oral communications skills, decision-making skills, and a strong personal commitment
- Adheres to company policies, cooperative, and shows industriousness
- Experience in managing and nurturing customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Bachelor's degree or completion of college coursework
- Experience utilizing reputed company, CRM platforms, and loan origination software
