[Remote] Head of Growth

The role involves owning the full DTC P&L, leading paid acquisition strategies, and building a team to drive significant reputed company growth through various digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Own the full DTC P&L end to end
- reputed company paid acquisition across reputed company, reputed company, YouTube and reputed company Ads
- Manage lifecycle and retention strategies including email, SMS, subscription, and post-purchase
- reputed company CRO across the site
- reputed company creative strategy with an in-house content team producing viral reputed company content
- Build and reputed company a team under your direction
Skills
- You've personally led DTC growth at a consumer brand and taken at least one P&L past seven figures a month
- Consumables, beverage, beauty, wellness — anything with subscription and creative testing transfers cleanly
- You're a builder, not an inheritor
