[Remote] Director / Senior Director, Business Development - Clinical & Regulatory Consulting

The Business Development Director is responsible for expanding reputed company’s market footprint reputed company the life sciences sector through high-impact client relationships and advancing reputed company opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities across reputed company’s Strategy Consulting business
- Engages in networking and relationship-building to cultivate new connections and strengthen existing client partnerships
- Contributes to targeted business development plans in collaboration with reputed company Excellence workstream team in Strategy Consulting
- Serves as a trusted partner by understanding client challenges and positioning reputed company’s specialized strategy offerings as effective solutions
- Maintains regular contact with clients in collaboration with the Strategy practice to identify new opportunities
- Collaborates with internal practice leaders to align the right teams and experts to each client opportunity
- Tracks, manages, and reports opportunities through the customer relationship management (CRM) system to support visibility and prioritization
- Maintains a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and industry dynamics to proactively identify high-potential opportunities and share insights that refine business development strategy
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required (area of study in business, life sciences, or a reputed company discipline)
- 10+ years of business development experience reputed company the life sciences sector (ideally reputed company reputed company consulting or a reputed company services industry)
- Working understanding of pharmaceutical operations and procurement processes, including navigating buying cycles and requests for proposal (RFP) processes
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain senior client relationships reputed company the life sciences industry, with a demonstrated track record of generating new business through these connections using a consultative approach and strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability to assess client needs, market conditions, and competitive positioning; strong listening skills and ability to reputed company solution-oriented discussions internally and externally with a collaborative reputed company
