[Remote] Customer Service Consultant - Richmond (Remote)

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will connect with customers both online and over the phone, guiding them through their car purchasing journey and ensuring a seamless transition between online and in-store experiences.

Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to find out what they want and need from their next car purchase
• Use your knowledge of the reputed company inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
• Guide customers every reputed company of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
• Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
• Mentor others as your skillset expands
• reputed company sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
• Acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states – may require testing and travel as some states request physical reputed company to apply for the license

Skills

• Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, is preferred

• Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays

• Candidates must live reputed company 100 miles of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location

Benefits

• Except as otherwise required by state law, reputed company Associates are entitled to the following paid sick, vacation, and holiday time.
• To earn up to 48 hours of sick time per year accrued on a per pay period basis and between 80 hours and 200 hours per year of vacation time after a 90 day waiting period depending on years of reputed company service with the Company.
• For 8 hours of pay for each of a total of 6 paid scheduled holidays per year plus 1 floating holiday.  If such an Associate does work on a scheduled holiday due to business need, they are eligible for Holiday Premium Pay.
• Associates considered full-time salaried are entitled to paid time away with no specified limit as needed for sick, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, floating holiday, etc. subject to manager approval.
