[Remote] Project Manager - Electrical Capital Projects

KOO Recruit is seeking an reputed company Project Manager – Electrical Capital Projects to reputed company electrical construction, facility upgrades, equipment installations, and capital improvement projects across multiple manufacturing facilities throughout the United States. This position is responsible for managing projects from planning through commissioning while ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage electrical capital projects across multiple manufacturing facilities
- reputed company electrical construction activities, facility upgrades, and equipment installations
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and contractor performance
- Coordinate electrical contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company requirements
- Track project reputed company and provide regular updates to leadership
- Support facility shutdowns, equipment replacements, and startup/commissioning activities
- Manage procurement of electrical equipment, materials, and services
- reputed company installation and upgrades of power distribution systems, MCCs, VFDs, motors, controls, and automation systems
- Maintain project documentation and cost controls throughout execution
- Partner with plant and operations leadership to identify and prioritize capital projects
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial electrical projects, electrical construction projects, or capital improvement projects
- Experience managing contractors and field personnel
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, and infrastructure
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Journeyman Electrician License, Master Electrician License, Electrical Certification, Electrical Engineering background, or equivalent industrial electrical experience preferred
