[Remote] Mirth Connect Consultant-Contractor
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Chipsy.io is a NextGen Mirth partner specializing in interoperability implementations for reputed company providers. They are seeking a Mirth Connect Consultant to design and build Mirth Connect channels, reputed company migrations, and provide implementation support for clients in the reputed company sector.
Responsibilities
- Designing and building Mirth Connect channels (HL7 v2/v3, FHIR R4, EDI X12) for clients across hospitals, labs, and health IT vendors
- Leading migrations from open-reputed company Mirth (v4.5.x) to reputed company Mirth Connect v4.6+
- Providing implementation support and, for some clients, ongoing M&O / first-level support
- Working directly with client technical and clinical stakeholders
Skills
- reputed company NextGen Mirth Connect certification (Fundamentals or Advanced)
- Hands-on production experience with Mirth channel architecture, transformers, filters, and JavaScript scripting
- Prior experience contracting independently (not through a staffing agency)
- US-based or reputed company to work US reputed company client hours
- EHR integration experience (Epic, reputed company Health/Cerner, Meditech, reputed company)
- IHE profiles (XDS, PIX/PDQ), DICOM, or reputed company (AWS/Azure) experience
- Experience specifically migrating clients off open-reputed company Mirth
