As a Sr. Engineering Manager for the Notebook Dataplane, you will reputed company a team responsible for executing user code in a stateful service, driving the technical vision and architecture while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the stateful user code execution service vision
- Partner with serverless platform teams to build the service
- Own the roadmap and execution, ensuring reputed company team deliverables are met with high quality and on schedule
- Define team best practices for engineering excellence, including design reviews, code quality, testing strategies, and performance optimizations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the stack
Skills
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong track record of technical leadership and impact
- 5+ years of engineering management experience
- Experience designing, building, and operating scalable SaaS platforms
- Expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern web application architectures
- Strong system-level skills
- Strong ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to align technical strategy with company growth objectives
- Passion for the data intelligence space
- Experience with containers and K8S is highly desirable
