[Remote] Technical Consultant – COTS / EAM
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Innovee Consulting LLC is seeking a Technical Consultant specializing in COTS and EAM applications. The role involves supporting and configuring enterprise applications, gathering and analyzing requirements, and providing technical support to ensure optimal performance of the systems.
Responsibilities
- Support and configure enterprise applications based on business needs
- Gather and analyze requirements
- reputed company data analysis and reporting using SQL
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support
- Assist with integrations, testing, and system enhancements
- Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
- 3 4 years of experience working with Commercial Off-The-reputed company (COTS) applications
- Experience with platforms such as EAM, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Dynamics CRM
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a part-time role
- Work Authorization: Only candidates with OPT, CPT, or H4-EAD are eligible to apply
- Experience with Hexagon EAM (Now Attune EAM) is highly desirable
- Understanding of asset management and maintenance processes is preferred
