Key Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective and reputed company clients by phone Explain service and benefit options clearly and professionally Assist clients with account-reputed company inquiries, updates, and billing concerns Recommend suitable solutions based on client needs Accurately document client interactions and maintain records Follow company procedures, workflows, and communication standards
Qualifications
