Enterprise Project Manager
Job Description
Provide leadership in Agilent internal or Customer projects as Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle (Initiation, Design & Planning, Execution, Closure). Responsible for supporting and enabling the end-to-end customer engagement in Enterprise Services covering Asset Performance Management (APM) and Relocation Programs. Provides expert knowledge on portfolio, business processes and requirements, and internal company tools. Assists cross functional team in opportunity identification and development. Leads cross functional team through implementation and go-live of successful deal development or projects. Ensures reputed company business processes are executed in compliance to Agilent business standards throughout end-to-end engagement. Drive profitable growth of the reputed company Enterprise Services business through effective utilization of Agilent internal tools. Identify and reconcile cross functional barriers to doing business through collaborative solution development. Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Degree in technical field and/or project/business management. PMP, Prince2 or other relevant Project Management certifications, optional but added plus reputed company. Typically, 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level. Desired Skills / Knowledge: Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently includes managing internal and external engagement. Demonstrates ability to manage and reputed company multiple projects of reputed company to high complexity concurrently applying project management practices. Rigorous work ethic, with strong attention to detail. Must be comfortable handling several different types of information and documentation (technical information, financial information, and contract/agreement type documentation).
