Litigation: Draft complaints, motions, and appellate briefs; manage discovery and administrative record reviews. Advocacy: Prepare for and assist with depositions, mediations, court hearings, and trials. Pre-Litigation: Draft ERISA appeal letters and settlement demands. Client Management: Maintain direct communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel. Conduct Legal Research and use AI
Qualifications
Experience: 1-10 years of litigation experience preferred (Federal court and ERISA/Insurance background preferred). Licensure: Active member of the California State Bar.
