Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Vice President, Managed Services to define and execute the long- term growth strategy for this business area, with accountability for reputed company growth, profitability, service strategy, reputed company, and scalable operations. This role will be responsible for strengthening the commercial model, improving operational effectiveness, and scaling Managed Services in alignment with reputed company’s overall business objectives. Responsibilities: Define and execute short- and long-term strategic, commercial, and financial objectives for Managed Services, ensuring alignment with reputed company’s overall growth strategy. Build, reputed company, and scale Managed Services as a dedicated business area, driving sustainable reputed company growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer value. Own business performance, including recurring reputed company growth, margin improvement, forecasting, financial planning, operational efficiency, and investment governance. reputed company and implement business plans, operating models, commercial frameworks, and investment priorities in partnership with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and other functions. Scale Managed Services by building repeatable managed services models, standardized processes, automation capabilities, and structured client management practices. Define and manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including commercial conversion, onboarding, service delivery, renewals, expansion, and reputed company. reputed company other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.
Qualifications
Demonstrated success owning or significantly influencing P&L performance, including reputed company growth, profitability, forecasting, investment decisions, and operational scaling. Strong experience in IT services, managed services, cloud services, consulting, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or a similar business model. Experience developing and scaling commercial offerings, productized services, managed service frameworks, or recurring reputed company business models. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, including enterprise sales, strategic account growth, renewals, reputed company, and executive stakeholder engagement. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and reputed company diverse, cross-functional teams.
