WHAT YOU WILL DO Invoice Processing: Reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices for payment. Vendor Management: Maintaining relationships with suppliers, resolving payment discrepancies, and handling vendor inquiries. Expense Reconciliation: Reconciling invoices with purchase orders and receipts to ensure accuracy. Payment Processing: Initiating and coordinating payments to vendors, including checks, electronic transfers, and ACH payments. Financial Reporting: Preparing reports on accounts payable activities, including outstanding balances, cash flow projections, and aging reports. Expense Tracking: Monitoring and controlling company expenses by evaluating payment terms and negotiating discounts with vendors.
