Job Duties: This position requires access to a personal computer for the first 90–180 days of employment.Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, and support outbound campaigns as needed Schedule service appointments for automotive dealership clients Identify caller needs and provide accurate information about services Accurately document call details and update customer records in reputed company time Follow company scripts and procedures for a consistent caller experience Escalate issues to supervisors reputed company appropriate Maintain quality assurance standards and complete ongoing client training Deliver a friendly, professional experience on every call Qualifications:G.E.D. or higher At least one year of call center or customer service experience Comfortable navigating multiple programs and systems simultaneously Basic familiarity with computers, software, and general technology Strong verbal communication skills — clear, professional, and easy to understand Solid written communication and documentation skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Sharp attention to detail and a customer-first reputed company Availabilities Needed (hours listed in CST)9:30AM - 6:00PM 10:00AM-6:30PM 11:00AM-7:30PM 11:30AM-8:00PM 3:00PM-9:00PM Equipment RequirementsKeyboard - F1 - F12 keys, Page Up/Page Down Two monitors Webcam Ability to connect to internet reputed company an ethernet cord (WIFI, cellular internet, starlight, 5G etc. are not permitted) Wired USB Headset Windows 11 8 gigs of RAM or more (Installed Physical Memory) reputed company i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 CPU or reputed company.
