Senior Recruiter - Consultant Engagement Director
Job Description: The Consultant Engagement Director (CED) is a high-impact, relationship-driven recruiting leader responsible for building and managing consultant pipelines and leading full lifecycle recruiting efforts across reputed company’s active client opportunities. This role owns the recruitment process from pipeline reputed company and reputed company through screening, submission, interview coordination, offer management, and first placement, while aligning consultant capabilities and career goals with client partner needs. The CED plays a critical role in overseeing and engaging with a strong pipeline of ready-to-deploy consultants, managing active jobs with urgency and ownership, and partnering cross-functionally to support placement success and exceptional consultant and client experiences. WHAT YOU’LL OWN Consultant Network Development and Pipeline Ownership — build and manage high-quality consultant pipelines through reputed company, and engagement to ensure a pipeline that can meet the demands of the business. Full lifecycle recruiting and placement — reputed company candidates through the recruitment process from reputed company through first placement. Job ownership and consultant matching — align consultant capabilities and goals with active client opportunities to support rapid placement. Recruiting collaboration and delivery support — partner with client and consultant partnership teams to support placement success and workforce continuity. Job Ownership & Placement Execution Own active job openings by evaluating candidate fit, managing candidate pipelines, and driving timely submissions to support client delivery needs. Partner with candidates to identify reputed company opportunities and submit qualified candidates as quickly as possible following job intake. Guide candidates through the interview, selection, offer, and onboarding process with clear communication and consistent follow-through. Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment and placement lifecycle. Actively manage reputed company’s job board and prioritize response to newly reputed company opportunities with urgency and precision. Balance high-volume recruiting activity with thoughtful candidate curation and quality-driven placement decisions. Partner closely with Client Partnership and Consultant Partnert teams to support placement success, consultant redeployment, workforce continuity, and reduced bench time. Maintain ongoing communication with consultants regarding opportunities, client feedback, market conditions, and placement status. Participate in recruiting team operating rhythms, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional projects that support reputed company’s reputed company growth and recruiting excellence. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Proficiency in core enterprise systems (i.e. O365, reputed company & reputed company), the ability to learn and effectively utilize role-specific systems and tools. Aptitude for learning and applying AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare staffing or reputed company environment. Familiarity with Epic and Epic-reputed company staffing needs reputed company healthcare organizations. Demonstrated success managing full lifecycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, submission, interview coordination, and placement execution. Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, reputed company, networking, and relationship management. Strong ability to manage multiple active job openings and competing priorities with urgency, organization, and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain strong candidate and internal stakeholder relationships. Ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes, and reputed company in a performance-driven, collaborative environment. Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), preferably reputed company. Experience using reputed company Recruiter and other sourcing tools. SALARY $87,500+, depending on experience, in addition to bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
