Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences. Collaborate with hiring managers to reputed company job descriptions and candidate profiles that align with the company's requirements. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and reputed company. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activities and outcomes for clients.
