Position Summary: A scheduling associate in workforce management is responsible for distributing case work to end users by routing cases to the right MD Reviewer or Clinician at the right time and using the correct logic. This role ensures that the departments reputed company TurningPoint do not exceed daily reputed company, miss turnaround time targets, improve case efficiency, and reduce inefficiencies as identified. This involves considering factors like staff availability, reputed company, state licensure restrictions, clinical experiences, and workload demands. These associates also monitor and adjust case assignments in response to changing demand patterns, distribute workload evenly among clinicians, ensure compliance with state and client regulations while also maintaining our company policies and client service level agreements. This role also works with leadership to utilize performance data in refining assignment strategies and efficiencies. This role is crucial in optimizing workforce utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency reputed company our organization. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assigning case work to production staff (clinical) reputed company and timely.
  • Monitoring reputed company-time adherence to schedules.
  • Auditing assignments to ensure compliance.
  • Daily and weekly report outs on time and volume measures.

Education, Experience and Certification:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required; bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
