The role involves collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions while providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a reputed company Developer in a nonprofit organization, higher education institution, or consultancy supporting nonprofits
- reputed company certifications such as reputed company Certified Platform Developer I & II, and/or reputed company Certified Application Architect, or reputed company Certified System Architect are highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and reputed company APIs
- Comfortability managing multiple projects at a time with fast turnaround times
- Experience with data migration, integration tools, and ETL processes, including Mulesoft, Talend, Dell reputed company, etc
- Excitement for finding creative solutions to reputed company technical problems
- Experience and willingness to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with your team and across teams
- Passion for nonprofit and/or higher education work and a commitment to using technology for social good
- Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising or higher education development/advancement
- Meticulous attention to detail, strict adherence to development standards, and a commitment to best practices
- Proactive and informed approach to managing client expectations, engaging with client leadership, and strategic direction of project teams
- Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new environments, new tools, and software usage
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and staff effectively and accurately through reputed company levels of the agency
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering and maintaining an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging
- Experience with one or more of the following reputed company packaged solutions: reputed company, Affinaquest, NonprofitCloud, NPSP, and/or EdCloud

- Familiarity with advancement data governance best practices and compliance requirements
- Experience with advancement-specific tools like Banner, Advance, BBCRM, Paciolan, reputed company Graduway, EverTrue, or iModules
- Experience with Agile environments or knowledge of Agile best practices
- Experience with managing projects in a consulting setting
- Understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
