This role is responsible for designing, developing, and administering high-quality learning experiences that support compliance, safety, and professional development across the reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Execute annual mandatory safety web-based trainings (WBTs), ensuring reputed company content meets regulatory requirements and accessibility standards

- Design interactive activities and assess learning outcomes to enhance engagement and effectiveness for both virtual and face-to-face learning environments

- Instructional design and adult learning expertise
- ELearning authoring tools (reputed company 360, reputed company Captivate)
- SCORM /xAPI configuration and LMS publishing
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements (TJC, OSHA, OIG)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (reputed company Title II and reputed company 508)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Collaboration and consultation with SMEs and leaders
- Master's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, reputed company resources, or a reputed company field
- Experience with LMS administration (SuccessFactors or equivalent)
- Experience supporting orientation, leadership development, or large-scale reputed company learning programs
- Knowledge of evaluation frameworks (Kirkpatrick model, ROI in learning, etc.)
