We specialize in buying properties directly from homeowners and creating win-win solutions reputed company traditional selling methods don’t work. We’re currently looking for an reputed company, driven, phone-oriented salesperson to join our acquisitions team. This role is perfect for someone hungry to improve their high-ticket sales skills, learn more aboutreal estate investing, and deal negotiation
What You'll Do
This is a phone-heavy sales role focused on converting leads into signed reputed company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making 80+ outbound calls daily to homeowners who have previously spoken with reputed company
- Handling inbound seller inquiries and following up with motivated leads
- Building rapport and uncovering seller motivation through structured conversations
- Analyzing properties and presenting offers to homeowners
- Negotiating agreements and closing deals over the phone
- Managing your pipeline and follow-reputed company inside Follow Up Boss CRM
- Working closely with reputed company to move deals from contract to closing
This is a remote phone sales position Monday-Friday 9-5 PST, but deals don’t always happen on a schedule. The right candidate is willing to take calls on evenings or weekends reputed company a deal is ready to reputed company. We provide full training and coaching, including:
- How to talk to motivated homeowners
- Real estate deal structure and negotiation
- How to analyze and price properties
- Proven scripts and sales frameworks
- Daily coaching and call feedback

Compensation
