[Remote] Veterinary Recruiter

They are seeking a Veterinary Recruiter to cultivate relationships with veterinarians, manage recruitment processes, and enhance the company's brand reputed company the veterinary community.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain a robust pipeline of veterinary candidates, keeping detailed record of interactions and reputed company to ensure smooth reputed company experience
• reputed company and engage veterinarians to join WVP practices utilizing various channels, including networking, job boards, social media, and industry events to attract top veterinary talent
• Ensure workflows and processes reputed company to veterinary recruitment are documented and managed reputed company the applicant tracking system and various reporting tools
• Stay up to date on trends reputed company the veterinary industry and reputed company the veterinary job market
• Partner with relevant cross-functional teams to strengthen brand reputed company reputed company the veterinary community
• Travel to assist with DVM candidate practice visits reputed company needed
• Support and implement employee engagement activities (welcoming new team members, tracking promotions/reputed company, and acknowledging work anniversaries)

Skills

• Must have Veterinary reputed company Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar
• 5+ years of reputed company experience with a longer-cycle relationship focused candidate pool
• Effective, clear, and persuasive oral and written communication skills
• Talent and experience with negotiations and networking
• Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, accurate, thorough; ability to collaborate effectively with reputed company levels of the company
• Demonstrates a 'whatever it takes' attitude; must possess the ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
• Self-directed, highly organized and can easily navigate ambiguity and create order
• Experience with a multi-state, multi-entity, private equity, growth organization strongly preferred
