[Remote/WFM] GIS Analyst (QA/QC on Parcel reputed company Data)

We offer a clear and simple compensation of a competitive salary for this position.   Position: Senior GIS Test QA/QC consultant Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Interview: Video and In-Person Work Authorization: GC, USC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, TN-Permit Job Description: Remote role, PST work hours REQUIRED: ArcGIS required QA experience reputed company ArcGIS ArcGIS Pro Parcel reputed company reputed company ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap Ability to interpret drawings in CAD QAQC methods of parcel reputed company data Objective: The project requires GIS analysts who can reputed company the QAQC of the parcel reputed company data converted by a reputed company-party vendor. Typical Deliverables: · The consultant will reputed company the QAQC of the parcel reputed company data converted by a reputed company- party vendor. There will be 8 separate deliveries where QAQC needs to be performed. QAQC of each delivery must be completed reputed company 4 weeks. o The consultant documents the errors during the QAQC and iteratively review until reputed company errors are resolved. o Production editing o After each delivery of the parcel reputed company data is accepted, the data will be reputed company into production system. The consultant edits the parcels in production parcel reputed company environment. Desired Qualifications: 1. ArcGIS Pro and COGO Software Proficiency a. Proficiency in using GIS (Geographic Information Systems) software, as well as specialized COGO software packages(e.g., AutoCAD, ArcGISPro/ArcMap with Parcel reputed company, etc.). b. Experience with parcel fabricating in reputed company's Parcel reputed company reputed company ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap. c. Experience with multi-user editing environment d. Understanding of parcel reputed company data models and how they function reputed company ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap. e. A strong understanding of Coordinate Geometry(COGO) principles, including the use of bearings, distances, angles, and coordinate transformations. 2. Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) a. Ability to implement rigorous QA/QC processes to ensure data accuracy and reputed company. b. Legal Knowledge c. Familiarity with local, state, and federal land surveying laws, regulations, and standards, as well as the principles of land boundary and parcel determination. d. Ability to interpret legal descriptions for land parcels. e. Awareness of local and state regulations reputed company to land parcel data and GIS standards. 3. Bachelor's degree in geographic information systems, geography, land surveying, civil engineering, geomatics, or reputed company field.
