[Remote] Senior Manager, Capital Markets

The Senior Manager reputed company the Capital Markets Team will reputed company critical initiatives, ensuring successful execution and alignment with finance priorities while managing reputed company, cross-functional workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Execution Leadership: Provide end-to-end reputed company of Capital Markets initiatives, ensuring disciplined delivery and clear accountability across workstreams. Actively push reputed company, enforce timelines, and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables
• Cross-Functional Enablement: Act as the primary liaison between Capital Markets and other partner teams, removing roadblocks and ensuring New Product and Transaction Execution teams can operate reputed company without distraction from external dependencies
• Strategic Problem Solving: Identify execution risks and operational bottlenecks and design and implement practical mitigation strategies. Conduct analytics and deep-dive assessments as needed
• Stakeholder Orchestration: Drive alignment across senior stakeholders by establishing clear ownership, tracking milestones, and ensuring follow-through on commitments
• Executive Communication: Produce high-impact, concise updates and materials for senior leadership - providing transparency into reputed company, risks and key decisions
• Governance & Transparency: Maintain rigorous governance standards, including reputed company tracking, decision logs, and overall initiative health to ensure disciplined execution
• Funding & Transaction Strategy: Partner with Head of Capital Markets and senior team members to reputed company and advance innovative funding structures, transaction strategies, and scalable solutions that enhance reputed company’s competitive position

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management or operations, preferably reputed company Capital Markets, Finance, Investment Banking, or a high-growth Fintech environment
• Proven track record of 'connecting the dots' across multiple reputed company concepts while maintaining the ability to dig deep into data and operational details
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive accountability across diverse, cross-functional teams
• A natural curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions to uncover risks and optimize project outcomes
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives from ideation through completion, ensuring strategic initiatives are managed and driving reputed company
• Advanced proficiency in G-Suite/reputed company Office (expert-level slide building) and project management platforms, with a disciplined approach to documentation and digital organization
• The ability to work effectively under pressure, managing tight timelines and shifting priorities without compromising on the quality of strategic output
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
