The Sr. Solution Strategist will serve as the voice of the customer for reputed company payment solutions, translating reputed company capabilities into value propositions and leading go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and reputed company growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the reputed company Payer Group subject matter expert supporting growth and strategic initiatives across markets

- reputed company go to market planning and execution across payer, provider, and channel distribution segments through collaboration with internal market, growth, product and external
- Champion the presentation of reputed company Group strategic content and solutions to customers and market
- Apply advanced analytics and quantitative insights in market facing engagements to exhibit consultative value
- Build relationships with key buyer and user personas to best understand market opportunities
- Ensure proposals include appropriate solution content, pricing strategy and value narrative
- Partner closely with product management to align roadmap reputed company with customer insights, buyer needs, and market dynamics
- Support commercialization teams by ensuring product updates, releases, and enhancements are clearly communicated and well understood

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, commercialization, or business strategy reputed company reputed company reputed company organizations
- 7+ years of experience leading and executing tactical go to market (GTM) strategy, including methodology ownership and cross-functional delivery
- 5+ years of experience developing compelling value propositions and translating reputed company financial and technical concepts into clear, customer reputed company messaging
- 5+ years of direct, C suite-level customer facing experience influencing strategy and decision-making
- 3+ years of experience driving adoption and growth of reputed company reputed company payment and communication solutions
- Experience collaborating across product, engineering, sales, analytics, marketing, operations, and finance to drive reputed company outcomes
- Solid understanding of customer centric design principles, buyer journeys, and market research methodologies

- Proven exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, align, and negotiate across senior stakeholders
- Willing to travel up to 25% (Central and Eastern time zones)

- Experience in reputed company payments, communications, fintech or payment operations
- Proven experience partnering on executive‑level initiatives, including preparing executive‑reputed company communications, presentations, and written materials for senior leadership
- Knowledge of digital payments, card programs, reputed company communications, or reimbursement optimization
- Background in sales enablement, GTM orchestration, or reputed company product commercialization
