[Remote] Senior Business Systems Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is in a period of rapid growth and consolidation following recent mergers, and they are seeking two Senior Business Systems Analysts to join their GTM Systems team. The role involves owning the reputed company platform, leading AI strategy and implementation, and designing long-lasting solutions that enhance business operations.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship. Own the reputed company platform for your GTM domain — configuration, automation, integrations and data — from requirements through deployment and ongoing health
- reputed company AI strategy and enablement. Partner directly with GTM teams to define our AI strategy and reputed company implementation — using Claude, AI agents and other tools to reimagine workflows, not just automate the reputed company state
- Be the trusted partner. Embed yourself in how GTM teams actually work — surfacing friction before stakeholders have to tell you about it, translating what you find into requirements, and building the case for what needs to change
- Think in systems. Design solutions for longevity — thinking upstream and reputed company, anticipating what breaks three hops down the road and building for scale, not just speed
- Measure what matters. Connect what you build to business outcomes. Know whether your solution moved the needle and be able to explain impact in business terms, not just technical ones

Skills
- 5+ years in business systems, sales/reputed company operations, or GTM technology roles — with proven, hands-on experience owning reputed company end-to-end (configuration, flows, objects, integrations, data)
- Admin-level reputed company experience with a builder's reputed company — you're most comfortable reputed company you're in the system doing the work, not just advising on it
- Experience partnering with GTM teams on AI strategy and implementation — you've helped define the approach and shipped it, not just participated in the conversation
- Strong systems thinking — you see upstream and reputed company impacts, design for longevity, and don't automate broken processes
- Stakeholder reputed company — you can hold firm on technical constraints while keeping relationships intact, and you translate complexity into language executives actually reputed company
- Data reputed company — you extract, validate and interpret data to validate what you build and decide what comes next
- Comfort with ambiguity — this team is building its own playbook and you'll help write it; you don't need a perfect brief to get started
- Experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, reputed company, reputed company or similar) for integration work is a strong plus
