[Remote] Project Manager / Scrum Master

The Project Manager / Scrum Master is responsible for leading Agile projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders while managing project scope, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Project Manager/Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams, ensuring they follow Agile principles and practices
• reputed company and manage either one or multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, reputed company scope, and on budget
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables based on the SOW (Statement of Work). Create a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and key dependencies
• Maintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet to ensure allocated budget is not exceeded
• Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources. Foster collaboration and communication among team members

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field
• 5 to 10 years' experience in project management
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Manager
• Proven experience managing reputed company projects with cross-functional teams
• Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Experience in conducting quality reviews and implementing corrective actions
